About the Role: We are working with a well-established food production company seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join their early shift team. You will work closely with the Factory/Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, organise staff, and ensure production targets are met. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead by example, monitor KPIs, and keep production running smoothly in a busy FMCG environment.
