Clearpath Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Fire Safety Surveyor for our Client in London to start as soon as possible. You will be able to work from home but will be expected to be on sites at least 2 times a week. For this reason, you must be happy to travel and so a full driving license is essential.
THE ROLE:
Our client is a specialised fire safety consultancy firm servicing a diverse range of clients and sectors throughout the UK & Ireland. They are expanding their surveying team and looking for an experienced Fire Safety Surveyor with at least 3 years experience within the industry, who enjoys contributing towards a progressive and positive work culture.
The core responsibilities underpinning the role will be:
- Site inspections to ensure that the building aligns with the intent of the fire strategy report, both new build and existing buildings.
- Fire Risk Assessments types 1-4.
- Fire compartmentation surveys.
- Fire door surveys.
- Fire damper surveys.
- External wall/cavity barrier inspections.
