This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive who is passionate about legally supporting Clients with a wide range of Family matters.
When you join the team with Davisons Law as an experienced Family Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will provide accurate family law advice to clients and handle matters from initial instruction through to completion unsupervised. You will manage your own case load with all aspects of family law including divorce, financial remedy, separation, co-habitation, pre and post nuptial agreements, domestic violence, and children law. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, and you will either handle these or allocate them.
We have 2 roles - 1 based at our Stratford upon Avon office and 1 based at our Leamington Spa office, both are new roles therefore you will not take over an existing case load.
