This is a key role ensuring our building, grounds, and specialist equipment are maintained to the highest standards, keeping our guests safe and our operations running smoothly.What youll be doing:Leading and developing the Facilities, Technical, Grooming, and Security teams.Overseeing all aspects of site maintenance, safety, and compliance.Managing preventative, cyclical, and reactive maintenance programmes.Ensuring plant, equipment, and systems meet legislative and H&S requirements.Managing contractors, service providers, and CAPEX projects.Leading on fire safety and crisis management procedures.Monitoring and delivering energy efficiency strategies.
