Job Title: Facilities AssistantLocation: FostonWorking Hours: 40 hrs Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Optional Overtime Available)Salary: £12.50About the Role:We are seeking two proactive and reliable Facilities Assistants to join our team on a zero-hour contract. This role is due to an increase in tasking and backlog. You will be responsible for a variety of manual labour tasks to support our facilities operations. The ideal candidates will be physically fit, hands-on, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform manual labour tasks, including the removal of wooden platforms and general maintenance.Carry out housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and safety across the facility.Assist with grounds maintenance, including the care of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas (fauna & flora).Safely operate and maintain basic hand tools to complete assigned tasks.Support the wider facilities team with ad-hoc duties as required.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.Requirements:Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual labour tasks.Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effect…
