F5 Consultant – Cybersecurity Response (8-Week Contract)

Project Overview: A leading UK food chain has experienced a significant cyberattack, impacting its digital infrastructure and customer-facing services. We are urgently seeking an experienced F5 Consultant to join the on-site incident response and remediation team in London. This is a short-term, high-impact engagement focused on restoring secure operations and hardening the application delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a rapid assessment of F5 BIG-IP infrastructure (LTM, ASM, APM).
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities exploited during the breach.
- Reconfigure and secure F5 appliances to industry best practices.
- Implement or update WAF policies, SSL profiles, and access controls.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, network engineers, and third-party responders.
- Support forensic investigations and provide technical documentation.
- Ensure secure and optimized application delivery post-incident.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, ASM, APM).
