Main purpose of the role
We are looking for a bright enthusiastic individual who has had at least 2 years general forwarding experience especially in Exports.
Key responsibilities
- Work according to the export process: including all country specific requirements
- Responsible for customer contacts
- Assist in supplier and customer queries
- Assure timely billing as per company policy
- Deal with all aspects of Exports
- Deal with all customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Correct flow of documentation
- Able to work independently within the export process
- Be able to deal with all export shipments from start to finish
- Knows supplier conditions, delivery terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions
- Good knowledge of computer system, and invoicing
- Knowledge and experience of Customs and documentation
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage own working time effectively
