This role is key in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of export documents for international shipments, helping to maintain compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate export shipping documents in line with customer and regulatory requirements
- Manage Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading and other international payment documentation
- Liaise with banks, customers, and logistics partners to resolve documentation queries
- Coordinate pre-shipment inspections and ensure certification is in place
- Maintain shipment records and support internal reporting
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in export documentation or international shipping
- Understanding of Letters of Credit, Incoterms, and trade compliance
- Familiar with marine insurance and trade credit policies
- Confident using MS Office and online platforms
