Experienced Flexographic Plate Maker / Plate Mounter Derby Salary: DOE Hours – 3 shift Pattern 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 Brief – We are seeking a fully experience people to fill the role of a Plate-makers and Mounters based on site. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have good organisational skills, be dependable, have good communication skills, be computer literate and be able to use their own initiative. This is a physically demanding job and will require lifting and carrying of plates on a daily basis. Roles & Responsibilities – Responsible for loading plates onto the machine, must be able to operate an exposure, washout, and Drying unit of the plate-making process Responsibility for quality and making sure plates are produced to the required customer specifications Ensuring quality control checks are performed and logged on the system Must be fully skilled in the operation of of equipment and computers as required to be used in the Platemaking process.
