Working for a Design Director and team, this role is to support the business managers and external partners where applicable.
Duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Attending meetings
- Creation and management of Directors' expenses
- Managing emails
- Representing the company to externals in a professional manner, either face to face or through written communication
- Providing holiday cover for a wider team when necessary
- Arranging team meetings, town halls, and away days as appropriate
Candidates must have:
