The predicted salary is between 40000 - 60000 £ per year.

Working for a Design Director and team, this role is to support the business managers and external partners where applicable.

Duties include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Attending meetings
  • Creation and management of Directors' expenses
  • Managing emails
  • Representing the company to externals in a professional manner, either face to face or through written communication
  • Providing holiday cover for a wider team when necessary
  • Arranging team meetings, town halls, and away days as appropriate

Candidates must have:

  • Experience in a similar role within a large blue chip organisation
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • An agile and flexible approach
  • Strong project management capabilities with excellent execution skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • A proactive approach
  • High level of organisation with meticulous attention to detail
