An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive, and experienced individual to take on the role of Executive Officer (Administration & Governance) in a specialist educational setting in Hillingdon. This key role provides essential administrative, governance, and SEND support across the organisation, ensuring effective and professional coordination of core school functions.
Purpose of the Role
- Lead and manage key administrative processes, ensuring effective day-to-day support for the leadership team and wider school functions.
- Oversee and develop the schoolβs MIS (Management Information System), ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protocols and reporting requirements.
- Administer and coordinate statutory SEND processes, including EHCP Annual Reviews and pupil admissions.
- Provide confidential and high-level secretarial support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.
- Serve as Clerk to the Governing Body, supporting all aspects of governance and compliance.
