Ex Military Engineers – Navy, Army, Air Force | Hampshire / Berkshire | £30K – 50K Base | OTE: Up to £65K P/A | + Training, up-skilling & Employment Package. Coming to the end of your time in the forces can be a daunting experience with a lack of direction. We are actively recruiting across the Commercial and Critical Building Services industries for Ex-Military (Royal Navy, British Forces, Royal Air Force). Being trained in the military has given you a fantastic apprenticeship and extremely adaptable skillset, the Building Services industry will typically recruit for Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, HVAC Engineers, alongside some more specialist services such as Fire & Security, BMS, Chiller Engineer etc. With your base trade, specialist services can be developed further with assistance from the employer. What you can expect: * Hours: * Monday – Friday, 08:00am to 5:00pm * Shift Work (4 on, 4 off ) * Shift Work, Continental (4 on, 6 off, 6 on, 4 off) * Static or Mobile positions (Mobile with company vehicle) * Base Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 dependant on role, environment and hours. * OTE / Estimated Annual Earnings: Up to £65K per annum (paid overtime, bonuses, call out rotas, price works etc). * Training and up-skilling: development in commercial and critical maintenance and projects.
