We are looking to recruit an Events Executive for our fabulous client in Stevenage. You will join a team of forward thinkers; creative & dynamic. Working with the marketing team, you will be working with people who are passionate about bringing innovative ideas to completion and finding new ways to communicate with their audiences.
This is a highly events focussed position, and you will be the point of contact for all events. There are about 20 shows in the UK/EU this year, some enormous and many smaller, niche ones going through. You will be organising from scratch, liaising with the team for socials, print etc and ordering bespoke merchandise for the event.
You need a passionate event/exhibition organiser, with a minimum of two years’ experience. This role requires someone who is proactive, organised and has good stakeholder relationship management.
The team is a small but growing internal team within a large and successful company. Our client is a distributor of products and logistical services to manufacturers of electronic equipment. They support many industries including automotive, medical and security, but the bulk of their activity is within the defence and harsh environment sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of their fast-growing marketing team.
This role is onsite ie 5 days in the office and salary is equivalent to £30k.
