Im searching for a Pre-Construction Manager to join an established new build housing business in Merseyside with the hook being that you, as a skilled Estimator, will really grow into the Pre-Construction role using your existing knowledge and increased skillset. Wouldnt it be great to say your work has really influenced a business on a true end-to-end process rather than just Estimating? And it wouldnt just be for this year, or next year, or the year after that youll be creating a strategic plan for their business wins for many, many years to come. Thats good, right?Whilst the Estimating function does exist in this business, theyre at a critical point where they need and have capacity for growth.
