About the Role: We are looking for a commercially minded Estimator with proven experience in resin flooring, PU screeds, MMA, decorative concrete, or polished concrete systems. The successful candidate will play a key part in the estimation and tendering process for a variety of commercial and industrial projects across London, the South East, and the M25 region. You'll be joining a specialist contractor with a strong reputation in delivering resin coatings, concrete finishes, and surface prep solutions across sectors such as warehousing, data centres, food processing, car parks, and pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret project drawings, specifications, and site information to prepare accurate take-offs
- Produce detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for resin, screed, polished concrete, or floor prep packages
- Prepare and submit competitive tenders, pricing schedules, and technical submissions
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on specifications and costs
- Handle multiple tender submissions simultaneously
