Job DescriptionJob Scope Overview:Tender Process:Review all tender documents thoroughly and liaise with the Estimating Director, Estimators, and the Project Team to clarify tender requirements.Arrange and attend Tender Strategy meetings with the Bid Team to discuss project requirements, strategy, and timeline.Maintain accurate records of all tender documentation throughout the process, including reviewing and distributing Tender Addendums.Analyze competitors involved in the project to better understand the market landscape.Coordinate and carry out site visits for the Bid Team, including relevant sub-contractors, ensuring all necessary documentation and site assessments are completed.Ensure on-site discussions are held with the Building Manager and relevant parties, documenting all key information with photos.Communicate regularly with the Professional Team to address any queries and identify key tender issues.Identify opportunities for alternative solutions, value engineering, and cost-effective pricing, including statutory fees and plant requirements.Liaise with sub-contractors and the Bid Team to ensure comprehensive and compliant tender packages are issued.
