My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Employee Relations Manager on a permanent basis. They are looking for an enthusiastic ER Manager to deliver a customer focussed professional ER service, working within the People Policy Framework and overseeing and undertaking employee relations casework.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000* negotiable based on experience
- Hybrid working
- Contract type: Contract Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid): To ensure that clear, balanced and professional advice and guidance is provided, in line with all policies. Oversee and undertake casework including attending hearings to demonstrate a responsive action to workforce issues. Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures. To provide specialist policy and procedural advice to all areas of HR and OD and service management.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Experience of managing change and reducing unnecessary negative impact on employees.
- Significant experience of advising and negotiating with all levels of management, unions and staff on HR and/or OD work.
- Local Authority experience is essential.
