We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator to join a trusted provider of employee benefits and financial advisory services. The Role: As a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Consultants and Directors and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, consistent service to our clients. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, overseeing the accuracy of client records, and ensuring our processes and procedures are adhered to across the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level support to Employee Services Consultants and Directors, including technical problem-solving and urgent client issues.
  • Coach and develop team members, promoting best practices and consistent service delivery.
  • Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and internal systems are kept up to date.
  • Act as a key liaison with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring all correspondence is clear, professional, and timely.
