About Us: TXM Recruit is partnering with a rapidly expanding electrical business in the commercial sector. We are seeking a Fixed Wire Testing Electrician to work in various commercial properties, including offices, schools, universities, hotels, retail stores, and small industrial units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fixed wire testing and complete laptop-based Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
- Perform emergency light testing and remedial work, including socket, light, and switch changes.
- Carry out general electrical maintenance within commercial buildings.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary: £38,000, with performance bonuses up to £45,000. Optional overtime and occasional weekend work. Benefits include a company van, fuel card, holiday allowance, pension contributions, and opportunities for career progression.
Qualifications Required:
- 18th Edition qualification.
- 2391 or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
