The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

To ensure all environmental conditions within the building are maintained at all times. To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all electrical & mechanical systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. To ensure that the building is kept up to date with all required statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The engineer is required to carry out all electrical works for maintaining the client building including work on electrical equipment and installations and HVAC equipment.
  • To work on own and as part of a team carrying out routine PPM, reactive and repair works ensuring all deliverable SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded.
  • Responsible for electrical maintenance to include lighting, LV systems, UPS and generators.
  • Identify extra work requirements and provide details of required actions.
