EAL Teaching Assistant – Spanish Speaker Location: Croydon Pay: £80 – £120 per day Contract: Long-term, starting September We are currently recruiting for an EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Croydon from September. This is a long-term role through our agency, supporting students with English as an Additional Language, particularly those whose first language is Spanish. Responsibilities: * Support EAL students in both 1:1 and small group settings. * Help students develop their English language skills and confidence. * Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting resources for EAL learners. * Promote an inclusive learning environment across the school.
