Main Purpose of the Job

To audit domestic gas works including servicing, breakdown repairs, new boiler/heating installations, and investigations carried out by client-appointed contractors. To ensure all works comply with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, relevant British Standards, and manufacturer guidelines. To produce detailed, accurate reports using company-issued tablets/laptops outlining inspection findings. To issue Warning Notices/At Risk/Immediately Dangerous notices as appropriate, supported by photographic evidence.

Summary of Responsibilities & Personal Duties

  • Represent Phoenix Compliancy Management (PCM) professionally at all times.
  • Audit domestic gas appliances and systems for both workmanship quality and gas safety compliance.
  • Undertake relevant training to remain up to date with gas legislation, standards, and procedures.
