We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven senior leader to join our fast-paced business. If you’re all about helping people grow and getting the best out of people you may be just the leader for us.

Responsibilities / Main Duties:

  • Lead a team of 10 Regional Managers and up to 120 Retail Branch Managers within your division.
  • Continually coach and develop your colleagues across the division.
  • Through effective leadership drive a positive effect on increasing conversation, PPU and reducing losses.
  • Promote the highest levels of customer service to our customers while maximising the performance of your team.
  • Develop a culture of celebrating success as well as identifying how underperformance can be resolved.
  • Strong commitment to the company’s brand, values and principles and reflect this in your team as part of their measured success.
  • Accountability for ensuring the implementation of the company strategy on compliance.
