We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, and we are looking for an experienced Digital Optimisation Consultant to join the team. This role will be a pivotal part of their digital product portfolio leading on continuous improvement.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering process improvements and digital enhancements across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying your expertise in Agile methodologies, process design, and emerging digital technologies such as RPA and intelligent automation to streamline operations and enhance customer and employee experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support end-to-end digital optimisation initiatives, from discovery to implementation.
  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and digital transformation.
  • Align optimisation strategies with strategic business goals and oversee change management adoptions of process improvements.
  • Design future-state processes using tools like RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing.
  • Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and delivery teams in an Agile environment to prioritise and execute initiatives.
