Are you a SQL specialist who thrives on optimising database performance and solving complex technical challenges? We're looking for a Development DBA to join a growing tech team where your expertise will directly impact system reliability and scalability.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the go-to person for all things database - from designing robust schemas and crafting efficient queries to implementing security measures and planning for future growth. This isn't just maintenance work; you'll be actively developing solutions, automating processes, and working on migration projects that keep the business moving forward. You'll be optimising databases for performance, security and reliability and optimising SQL queries. The role covers everything from performance tuning and troubleshooting bottlenecks to managing cloud databases and establishing disaster recovery protocols. You'll also get to share your knowledge with the team and help establish best practices across the organisation. You'll be part of the Development team so won't just be in a Data Silo.
