About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a high level of service while supporting the smooth operation of order processing and forecast management. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting internal teams to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
