Role overview: Our top US firm client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join on a 9 or 12 month FTC, working closely with their New York team. The paralegal will work alongside New York qualified Partners and Attorneys across all phases of the corporate transactions, including leveraged finance and capital markets. The working hours for this position are 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM to align with the New York office. Many US firms at this level expect late evenings, so this schedule allows for some valuable morning hours for personal time before starting work.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets or US Securities experience gained at a similar law firm environment.
