Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Northwest Reporting Line: Senior Construction Project Manager Salary: Competitive, with benefits Position Overview The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for leading façade and wider construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong project leadership, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, and programming. Manage subcontractors, labour, and material resources. Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to regulations.
