We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Composite Solutions Engineer to drive the seamless delivery of composite engineering projects while actively contributing to business development and client engagement for an SME. This hybrid role bridges the gap between sales and project execution, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with client needs from initial concept through to final delivery, working alongside the Production Manager. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering/project management capabilities with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, design, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
  • Develop detailed scopes, budgets, timelines, and quotes, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance during project design, development, and implementation phases.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance with quality standards, ISO accreditations, and 5S improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on progress, budget adherence, and resource allocation.
  • Support the Sales function by participating in pre-sales meetings, technical presentations, and proposal development.
  • Attend tradeshows, networking events, and client hospitality settings to build and maintain strong client relationships.
