Your remit will span everything from compliance with tenancy conditions (including fire risks, gas and electrical testing, asbestos and heat pumps) to domestic abuse, noise nuisance, safeguarding issues and antisocial behaviour, and you will go the extra mile to keep our communities stable and harmonious.In particular, you will forge productive partnerships with external agencies and will personally oversee a complex caseload whilst representing the organisation in court whenever required.
