Step into an exciting role at one of Europe’s leading arts and cultural organisations, working as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Directors in one of London’s most vibrant areas. This is a temporary role for a maximum of six weeks, starting from 30th June.
The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Directors of Development and Estates, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of busy executive schedules. Working within a collaborative and respected Executive Office team, you’ll provide essential support by juggling multiple priorities with professionalism, warmth and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full administrative support for the Directors, including diary management, meeting scheduling, preparing briefings and job-packs.
- Understanding Directors’ priorities so you can proactively manage workloads and conflicting demands.
- Attending meetings to take minutes and track actions.
- Organising travel arrangements, itineraries, agendas and processing expense claims.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing papers for the Board and Committees.
- Coordinating event logistics, RSVPs, supplier liaison, briefing notes and on-the-day support.
- Leading ad hoc projects, including research and meeting coordination.
