Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly regarded and long-established law firm in Surrey, is seeking a Senior Associate, Head of Department, or Salaried Partner to play a key leadership role within their growing commercial property team.
The Role
You’ll join a dedicated team of 4 and manage your own diverse caseload while overseeing a team that includes:
- A Senior Associate
- An NQ Solicitor
- Two experienced support staff
The role is predominantly office-based, with the option to work from home 1 day per week after probation. You’ll advise a broad range of clients including investors, developers, lenders, corporate occupiers, and users of retail, office and industrial premises.
