Job Role/Responsibilities * Evaluating existing plumbing systems to identify problems that may lead to future issues. * Installation First & Second plumbing systems. * Repair/Replacement of existing plumbing installations. * Diagnosing leaks, blockages and corrosion, then proposing rectification for reinstatement. * Installing and repairing new plumbing fixtures such as basins, sinks, toilets and showers * Installing, repairing, and replacing pipes, valves, basins, and other plumbing fixtures. * Troubleshooting problems with drainage systems and drain lines by locating the source of the problem and developing solutions to resolve. * Repairing leaks in water supply lines, drains or other types of pipelines. * Installation of full plantrooms utilising copper crimped and screwed iron pipework. * Installation of heating and plumbing pipework on new builds and refurbishments. * Work on FM / Maintenance/ PPM's contracts as and when required. Filter installation, service and repairs to heating systems, WC's, sinks and above ground drainage. * Commercial experience preferred as the majority of works are none domestic * Installation of heating and plumbing pipework, radiators, warm air heaters, AHU's pumps, water heaters, calorifiers, boilers, Air Source Heat Pumps etc. * Experience of crimping, soldering and screwed pipework installations up to 4" * Willing to travel…
