Lead CMM Programmer – Lincolnshire | Global Manufacturer Are you an experienced CMM Programmer looking to step into a hands-on leadership role? Want to shape inspection strategy and drive best-in-class metrology within a high-precision engineering environment? We’re looking for a technically strong, detail-focused CMM professional to lead a team of inspectors at a well-established manufacturing site in Lincolnshire. You'll take ownership of the inspection and metrology function — leading from the front, developing CMM programs, and mentoring the wider team!
