The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You may be reading this as an experienced Financial Planning or IFA Administrator/Support and are keen to progress your career further whilst retaining the variety you currently have in your role. This position would see you gain exposure to all aspects of client and provider interaction as well as working directly for and alongside the Financial Planners.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and will get to know them through the attendance of on-site client meetings where you will be an integral part of the advice process. This is what sets the role apart from a traditional back office support role.

To be more specific you will:

  • Prepare client reviews
  • Gain experience and knowledge of cashflow modelling, an important aspect of the service given to clients
  • Build foundations for either taking on the role of Paraplanning and/or developing yourself down the Financial Planner route where you will shadow the planners
  • Be involved in fund research and the facilitating of draft suitability reports

Salary is flexible for the right person, who would be someone with sound and established Administration and Support knowledge & experience within an IFA or Wealth management firm, in addition to ambition to do the best job they can do in readiness to be rewarded through appreciation and career prospects.
