On behalf of Protiviti, a leading global business consulting firm, we are seeking to engage a skilled team of interim Claims Analysts to support the end-to-end claims process. We are looking for experienced claims case handlers who are confident in managing and resolving claims efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to address claims issues promptly while ensuring all management information (MI) and data are accurately maintained for reporting purposes.
Below is a detailed job description outlining the scope of work:
- Managing motor fleet claims from initiation to resolution in a timely manner
- Conducting thorough investigations of ongoing claims
- Negotiating with third parties and liaising with brokers
- Overseeing repair instructions as necessary
- Researching current market trends to support claims processes
- Mitigating payments and settling total loss claims based on engineers reports
- Handling liability disputes effectively
- Providing fraud prevention training, identifying and investigating fraudulent claims, and coordinating with relevant departments
- Capturing and referring both personal injury and credit hire cases
- Applying basic case law where necessary
