Are you a driven CI or Maintenance Engineer with a passion for driving operational excellence in fast-paced manufacturing environments? Weβre looking for a CI Engineer with proven experience in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing, who can lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational reliability across site.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of critical CI / Reliability initiatives onsite β improving line performance, reducing downtime, and ensuring engineering reliability through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and supporting maintenance and production teams to implement change that delivers measurable results.
