This is on a 35 Hour contract and mainly working Monday to Friday however some occasional weekend work may be required. Additional hours after 35 are paid at 1.5XThe Chef de Partie will work with a Head Chef, Sous and KP to produce lunch and dinner on a daily basis. Lunch service being 12pm to 2pm and dinner service being 5pm to 6pm. You will cook around 100 lunches and up to 40 / 50 meals in the evening. Shift patterns will be on a 2 week rotating rota 8am to 3.30pm and then 11am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
