Carpentry & Joinery Assessor Location: Hybrid – 50/50 split between home working and on-site delivery (Greater London & South East) Salary: Up to £45,000 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: July 2025 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and passionate Carpentry & Joinery Assessor to join a progressive training provider delivering high-quality apprenticeship training across the Greater London area and the South East. You will be responsible for assessing learners working towards Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery qualifications, supporting them through to successful completion and End Point Assessment (EPA). This is a rewarding role ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others and wants to play a key role in developing the next generation of skilled trade professionals. Key Responsibilities * Conduct internal quality assurance of apprenticeship delivery across Carpentry & Joinery (up to Level 2). * Support and guide assessors to ensure consistent, high-standard delivery in line with awarding body and Ofsted expectations. * Carry out sampling, observations, and internal verification activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of IQA records. * Assist with preparation and readiness for EQA and audit visits. * Provide feedback, CPD, and coaching to assessors to support professional growth. * Contribute to curriculum development and resource quality, ensuring up-to-date conte…
