They are currently seeking a determined Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.The Building Surveyor roleThe Building Surveyor responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys, and residential surveys, as well as providing support in project management on a variety of projects.The Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors and assisting in managing projects across both residential and commercial properties.Key Requirements:A degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate managementAn interest in building regulations and construction lawExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAn interest in in residential surveys, technical due diligence, and dilapidation's is highly desirableA proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamRICS accredited or working towards chartership is a plusWhat would be the offer?£50,0…
