A leading Build-to-Rent developer/operator is seeking a BTR Assistant Manager to be based on a high end Build-to-Rent site in Liverpool. The BTR Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the on-site team and overseeing day to day operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an on-site team of 10.
  • Hiring, training and developing staff.
  • Carrying out property inspections, walk rounds and inventories to ensure high standards.
  • Overseeing day to day operations including leasing, customer service and events.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to residents.
  • Maximising revenue streams.

The person:

  • Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality.
  • Experience leading on site teams.
  • Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
