An established and forward-thinking Building Services Consultancy in Leeds is looking for a qualified BREEAM Assessor to join their growing sustainability team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post-construction
  • Coordinate with design teams, clients, and contractors to achieve sustainability targets
  • Compile and manage BREEAM evidence for certification
  • Provide expert advice on sustainable building design and compliance
  • Stay current with the latest updates to BREEAM, GLA, and Net-Zero policy requirements
Requirements:
  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor (New Construction preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering BREEAM assessments
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and sustainability frameworks
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience working within a consultancy or multi-disciplinary design team
  • Knowledge of related sustainability tools (e.g. OneClick LCA, IES, DesignBuilder) is desirable
