Our client is seeking a talented Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager / Bodyshop Controller / General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their high-performing bodyshop. This role is key to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving strong site profitability by motivating, supporting, and leading the team to deliver top-quality repairs on time, every time.
The successful candidate will actively manage the full customer journey, ensuring an exceptional service from the first booking to vehicle return.
