Generation People is currently hiring for a Bench Operative to join a manufacturing company based in the Chesterfield area. This role is suited to someone who has passion and commitment to produce high quality wooden products with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Duties as the bench operative:
- Produce high quality, accurate and timely work to meet client demands and tight deadlines.
- Assembly work
- Use of hand tools and power tools
- Proactive team player and committed to continuous improvement.
- Manual handling and transportation of products around the warehouse
Candidate Skills & Requirements:
- FLT Counterbalance licence advantageous
- Minimum 1 years experience in joinery or bench assembly advantageous
