What You’ll Be Doing:
- Join our team as a Band 6 Mental Health Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting patients on an inpatient mental health unit.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to support discharge planning.
- Provide assessments and provision of equipment.
- Deliver group and 1:1 therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and care plans.
