Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours (35 working hours with a paid lunch break) Location: Grantham, Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office) Here at PayPlan, we are looking for a Jira/Confluence administrator with Product Manager experience to join our team. Part of a dedicated Delivery Team you would be working with all departments across the business to implement and drive efficiencies in the adoption of Jira and Confluence. This role would be influential in engaging with teams and finding opportunities to educate, support, and embed new features and methodologies. Initially this role will focus on building and embedding Jira and Confluence across the business functions and once complete will be the go to person for support and troubleshooting issues. Once Jira and Confluence are fully embedded, the role will continue to support this product and other products in the business.
