Job DescriptionJob Opportunity:Associate PartnerTSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add aAssociate Partner to their Social Housing teamRole Overview:Your responsibilities will include:Assisting and preparing fee proposals and tendersAttending interviews for tendered projectsProject set up, QA and team briefingOversight of large-scale surveys and co-ordination with the Surveyor and Data Team managersProject management and administrationPreparation of survey outputs including decent homes, cost tables and reportingPresenting to client stakeholdersReport writing and development of action plansProvide asset management advice and supportDrafting of strategic documents including asset management and procurementDevelopment of policies, procedures and management plans for clientsUndertake asset performance modelling (including NPV)Developing and prioritising works programmesAdvising on best practice data managementUndertaking asset management function reviews and providing critical friend supportManaging health, safety and compliance reviews and related action plansTeam management including timesheets, expenses, resource allocation, appraisals and recruitment…
