An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join a construction consultancy based in Central London. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception through to completion
- Providing expert advice on building defects, dilapidations, and refurbishment projects
- Undertaking technical due diligence and building surveys
- Client relationship management, including advising on technical issues and project scope
- Leading and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and support
- Assisting with business development activities and fostering long-term client relationships
Key Requirements:
- MRICS qualified
