I am working with one of the UK's fastest-growing direct-to-consumer skincare brands, known for dermatologist-developed formulas, loyal customer love, and an ambitious growth plan. We are looking for a data-obsessed Growth Marketing Manager (Acquisition) to own and scale our customer acquisition strategy across paid media channels.

This role is a key part of our in-house growth team, reporting directly to the Growth Director. If you're someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves full-funnel thinking, and gets a kick out of turning ad spend into results - this is the role for you!

Ideally you have 2-4 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in a DTC/ecommerce setting. You're creative-first and data-driven - you know how to build high-performing funnels and aren't afraid to test bold ideas. You will be cutting edge - so no outdated campaign structures or old-school manual bidding techniques.
