NXTGEN is excited to be working closely with a highly regarded accountancy practice in Bury St Edmunds to recruit an Accounts Assistant Manager for their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is recently qualified and looking to expand their knowledge, while taking the next step in their post-qualification career. The role has arisen following a number of recent internal promotions and client wins, highlighting the firm\’s commitment to developing their people and continually strengthening their service offering. As Accounts Assistant Manager, you will work closely with an experienced leadership team who will provide one-to-one mentoring and clear timeframes for progression to Manager and beyond.
